TBDBITL Mentoring Program

As former members of TBDBITL, we have a unique networking opportunity. With our vast array of post-college experiences and talent we can be a valuable resource to current band members. Many current band members would welcome an opportunity to interact with us. We have experiences we can share and offer real-life advice. Thus, the TBDBITL Board is sponsoring a mentoring program. If you would be willing to spend a small amount of time and a large amount of your knowledge, please consider becoming a mentor.

There are several types of interactions envisioned for this program, including but not limited to:

A regular commitment (daily, weekly or monthly) to mentor a student in your field.
A one-time interaction with a student or group of students where you could present (formally or informally) what a person like you does in a typical workday. (An example could be a tour of your workplace facility).
An opportunity to talk to students about internships, part-time and/or full-time employment with your company.
