Robert Lee Becker

July 12, 1920 - May 16, 2007

Robert L. Becker, 86, of Columbus, Ohio, died May 16, 2007. Originally from Wapakoneta, Ohio, Bob graduated from Grandview Heights High School.

He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and graduated from OSU (Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity).

Bob retired after a long career with Great West Life Assurance Company. He was a long-time adult leader with the Boy Scouts.

Mr. Becker is survived by his wife, Lois, and three sons.

Bob was a member of the marching band from 1939 through 1941. He played Trumpet.
