Many current band members would welcome an opportunity to interact with us. We have experiences we can share and offer real-life advice. Thus, the TBDBITL Board is sponsoring a mentoring program. If you would be willing to spend a small amount of time and a large amount of your knowledge, please consider becoming a mentor.<\/p>\n<p>There are several types of interactions envisioned for this program, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A regular commitment (daily, weekly or monthly) to mentor a student in your field.<\/li>\n<li>A one-time interaction with a student or group of students where you could present (formally or informally) what a person like you does in a typical workday.
